Agata Lisiak leads a workshop on visual methods (Cardiff)

On May 30, 2015 faculty member Dr. Agata Lisiak ran a visual methods workshop "The Self and the Hood: Researching Local and Transnational Identities" at Cardiff University, UK. Hosted by the Cardiff-based interdisciplinary group "Families, Identities, and Gender Research Network" (FIG), the workshop aimed to help postgraduate scholars to conceptualise and to problematize the role of identity in their own research.

The workshop included presentations from experienced researchers and postgraduate speakers on research problems specific to their own projects, as well as sessions employing experiential methods training for students in small groups.
